Merford Special Doors manufactures and installs its products to the highest standards. The quality and safety of our production and installation methods are subject to regular objective assessment. We have received the following certificates for them:

ISO-9001

Merford Special Doors has ISO 9001:2000 certification. The ISO 9001 certificate is the international quality mark for quality management systems. Customer requirements, customer satisfaction and continuous improvement are the key words in this regard.

VCA**

Merford Special Doors is VCA**-certified. VCA stands for Contractors’ Health, Safety and Environment Checklist. VCA is a versatile and comprehensive programme by which service companies undergo objective and structural testing and certification for their Health, Safety and Environment management system.

VMRG quality mark

Merford Special Doors is a member of the Netherlands Metal Window and Curtain Wall Manufacturers’ Association (VMRG). This is the trade association for the metal facade industry in the Netherlands. It has its own quality mark, developed in consultation with its members, the market, architects and professional and private customers. Each year the VMRG carries out unannounced inspections of its members to ensure compliance with the VMRG quality standards. Merford Special Doors mainly manufactures steel grilles and doors. Since all our products comply with the VMRG quality standards, we have received the VMRG quality mark certificate for steel.
